Sputnik Agency published news entitled “The Turkish troops occupied Al Bab city and clashed erupted “, in which it reported that” a political source declared that Turkish troops composed of 7 thousand soldiers have been sent to Al-Bab Syria city. He added “many clashes are currently conducted in the area. Ambulances are along the borders in Killis and Gaziantep to provide first aid to the injuries”.
Verify contacted the media centre of The Sham Front- one of the participant military factions in Euphrates Shield operation- to check the authenticity of the news; however the faction refuted that any battles or clashes took place in al-Bab city, northern Countryside of Aleppo yesterday.
The media centre pointed out that all news talking about troops in the area whether Turkish or from the Syria opposition fighters are all false. They added that there are new preparation currently to start a new stage of the Euphrates Shield operation to liberate al-Bab city which is currently under the control of ISIL.
It is noteworthy to mention that there were other news published yesterday concerning the occupation of Euphrates Shield operation factions on Al-Sha’ala town in the al-Bab countryside. This was also refuted by the media centre of the Sham Front who confirmed that all entities involved in kills dialogue operations haven’t reported about any change in the area.
