Clarification on Mihrac Ural photo with Abdullah Ocalan

Lately a photo of Assad regime-affiliated “Syrian Resistance” militia leader Ali Kayali known as “Mihrac Ural” standing between two women and on the wall behind them a photo of Ural with PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan and under it a photo of fighters, pro-PYD social media pages and accounts doubt the photo is true.

The pages shared the same photo by replacing Ocalan and Ural photo with the photo of ex-regime president Hafez Assad and another photo of his son Bashar al-Assad, the publishers said the second photo is correct but the first one is fake.

Syrian website “akesalser” shared the two photos and other photos of the same place confirming that the first photo is true.

According to the website the photo was posted on Twitter account titled "anita garibaldi", saying i'ts taken inside “Syrian Resistance” HQ in Latakia when Ali Kayali met delegation of Syrian Democratic Council without info on the date of the meeting.
